Draft Bill to Increase Penalties for Criminal Infringement.

  • William Patry comments that "[t]he House of Representatives' IP subcommittee has circulated a draft bill, initiated, I believe with the DOJ to increase, yet again, the penalties for criminal infringement."

  • Mr. Patry has also provided a link to the draft bill.
