A Software Registered In Germany Under Copyrights Act Is Good For India As Well ?

I wish to know, If as software registerd in Germany under copy rights act holds good for Inida as well. Or we need to register the same in India as well ?

I guess there might not be any functional issues. But its good that if you can use it in English too.
