No. Copyright does not protect ideas. It protects expressions of those ideas fixed in a tangible medium of expression. To protect the idea itself, either obtain a patent or treat it as a trade secret.

Only if the correct & or legal steps are taken to make it/whatever service is more origanal!?! & or is set up in such a way that it directly benefits a certain organization/company or possible cause.!?! Only.?.?. or mainly in such instances might legal actions be taken out on another like set up or entity !?! `’R”r,r`r’.-
