Does Copyright Law Apply To Wallpaper When Used In A Publication?

Take the following as an example, i buy a roll of wallpaper and paper up a … wall, i take out my nikon and do a fashion shoot with a model leaning against the wall, (so only model and paper in frame) this image is then sold and printed in a fashion publication and sold around the world. Is this considered a breach of copyright? with respect to the wallpaper?

How Does Common Law Apply To Trademarks Used On Websites Intended For Nationwide Commerce?

I understand that common law can protect a trademark in a limited geographical area. The area would be the locality that the business operates in. However, if a trademark is used on an Internet website that was designed to solicit business anywhere, does common law extend to everywhere the website can be viewed?

Does Copyright Law Apply To Hand Illustrations Of A Famous Person?

Would it break copyright law if I was to hand illustrate a caricature of an athlete or actor and print it onto a t-shirt for sale with their last name on the shirt? For example, if I drew a cartoon of Michael Jordan and printed it saying “Jordan” over the image could I be sued for that?

However, he does not apply for any type of intellectual property protection. Morgan Corp buys a Nicholas video game and “Cheat” book, analyzes it, and produces a clone of both products.Nicholas files ssuit against Morgan Corp., alleging violations of intellectual property laws.
