I undertsand what copyright infringement is, but how bout the music studios that put the music up? or in a easier question ,what type of downloads is not copyright infringment on Youtube?

I purchased some fabric at the fabric store and noticed it had copyright printed up and down the selvage. I want to make and sell crafts using this fabric. would this be considered copyright infringement and therefor illegal without consent of the designer/ manufacturer ?

I copied Nero files from my father’s computer to mine’s because mine’s seem not to work anymore. Then they cannot be deleted from the pendrive! I can’t even store new stuff in it! I not wanting to break laws or anything, but can anyone please help me to unload the whole pendrive?! It’s not mine!

As I’m sure many of you are aware, apple are going to stop putting copyright protection on music bought through the itunes store.
Do you think they’ll also make it possible to remove the copyright protection from tracks bought from them previously?

If one non-profit organization wants to publish newspaper copied from other people, are they violating the copyright laws? Or can FREE magazines copy news from internet and publish? as long as it free? I have seen many free magazines doing so, wonder if it’s ok to do so?

I was trying to copy a legally bought cd-rom game from my friend but wen when I tried to use it with copy the disk with nero and a few other applications but they all seemed to fail and say that the disk had copyright protection. If anydvd doesn’t remove copyright protection from cd-roms can you give me an appliction that does.
