I have noticed that in several websites there is a small notice at the bottom of the page that says: Copyright 2007, or so. How do I do that in my wedding video website so I can publish it as soon as possible? Should I copyright every single video I post too?

Under copyright infringement
Someone has committed copyright infringement against my website. They said that they copyrighted my company’s name, By Teens 4 Teens, and are going to sell it for $3500 to a magazine company.
He says that he’s a lawyer and a website designer, although, I’m not sure if that’s valid information or not, however, he has committed copyright infringement against myself and my company by using my company’s name.
What should I do?

I have to write a report for school about a person (John) who buys a computer game and then copies it and sells the copies.
What should I do if I know that a friend is breaking the law? I’ll explain to him that he is breaking the law and that he should stop. But should I report him? If so, where?

I have invented an apparell accessory. It is patented. A major company is interested in producing my idea/protoype. Where and who should I consult with/hire to assist me in my negotiations in determining what my financial compensation should be in exchange for my intellectual property? …..As many detailed suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
