Under copyright protection
I can’t understand why they spend so much money each year. Every time a new copyright comes out, its hacked within a few hours. DVD copyright protection is easily defeated with DVDFab Platinum. Every time a new copyright protection is out, DVDFab is all over it. Software copyright protection is easily defeated with alcohol 120%. You can even download patches to play the software without a cd/dvd. They serial code is also useless because their are keygens and patches to get around that. Video game copyright is the most successful because in order to play games you have to modify the console with a modchip for the games to play. Most people don’t want to do something to their console that could damage it.

Under music copyright
There are so much YouTube vids that i’ve watched that are by partners, and they contain music in them that belongs to record companies. My question is: why are they allowed to do so?

What process does a studio have in place to renew its copyright on a film? Originally I was trying to find out how “His Girl Friday” from 1940 fell into the public domain. The answer was that it was not renewed in 1969. I assume this meant that works had to be renewed every 29 years. Now I wonder what process the studios have in place to make sure they renew their movies. Is it up to the legal department alone? Is it not something that is automatically taken care of?

Under trademark law
Someone told me it’s because Pepsi owns Coke. True? If not then how can they get around the trademark laws when you see a coke truck, or hat, or can in the Pepsi commercials?

Under intellectual property
I own a very beautiful house which a particular photographer has been taking pictures of and selling. Do I own the intellectual property rights to my physical property?
