Is There Any Way To Bypass The Copyright Protection On The Ps2?

July 15th, 2009 at 10:25pm Under copyright protection

I know, some people consider torrenting games “pirating” and “illegal” but I don’t. This is just out of curiosity seeing as I probably can’t do it anyway.

Are There Any Alternatives To Copyright Music? Could I Upload It On Myspace So There Is A Record Of It?

July 15th, 2009 at 10:26am Under music copyright

Would that hold up in court? I heard google keeps records of everything in gmail, so if i emailed the song they would have a record of it. It’s the poor man’s copyright in a digital age, but I am wondering if it would hold up in court. I don’t think it would but that is why i am asking. It is almost 50 dollars per song to register now so for an album that would be too expensive right now. Thanks.

Is There A Specific Legal Document Stating Torrents/emulation Illegal, Even If It Is Copyright?

July 15th, 2009 at 10:23am Under copyright act

I’ve yet to have been given sound proof its illegal besides moral evidence. I’ve recently erased all such programs and am curious, what legal document actually states that? I read over the Millenium Copyright Act and only could get from it that it was illegal to make or distribute anything meant to bypass a copyright restriction…
Help?
