I just made a Naruto Shippuuden anime music video and posted it on YouTube yesterday. However it got removed for copyright infringement. How come I see all these other people with their YouTube videos up without anything wrong? We all have similar tags. Is there a trick to this or something?

If one non-profit organization wants to publish newspaper copied from other people, are they violating the copyright laws? Or can FREE magazines copy news from internet and publish? as long as it free? I have seen many free magazines doing so, wonder if it’s ok to do so?

I want to use the pattern of my scarf as the background on my personal website. The scarf is by Design and I bought it at H&M. No where on the fabric or tags does it have a copyright symbol. If I credit Design on my website, can I use the pattern?
Thank you!
