I own a very beautiful house which a particular photographer has been taking pictures of and selling. Do I own the intellectual property rights to my physical property?

    the short answer is…NO
    There are 3 types of intellectual property copyrights, trademarks and patents.
    A copyright of the image is what you would want and then you could bar him from using image or take him to court for % or all of the sells
    However since (1) you did not create the structure and (2) the images are already in the public domain…I doubt you can receive any copywrite protection.
    Maybe you can call the police if somehow he is trespassing on the property to get the pictures.
    Call an IP lawyer for more info if the websites below do not give you the exact info you are looking for…
