if i changed the name of the apple iphone to apple tphone does it violate the copyright law?

No, Apple is a protected trademark. You’d have to use a different fruit.

yeah it’s still there product and you can’t use apple at all it’s copyright protected. You can go to jail for that in Australia

You can’t use the name Apple at all. Even the Beatles gave up in the end.
