  And, if I understand your question correctly, you want to prevent people from borrowing from your web pages. Dreamweaver will just layout pages. There is a trick you can use however that will foil the average surfer.
  Put your pictures inside a table as background.

  Use a 1×1 clear .gif — in the code above called clear.gif and scale it the size of your web page. This will act as a clear overlay. When Joe Averageuserman right-clicks, or tries to select with his mouse, all he’s going to be able to select is the clear .gif.
  If you really want to lay a red herring, use “image1.gif” instead of “clear.gif”. Either way, they’ll save a clear gif to their home computer.
  If your serious about obviscating your web page, Microsoft has a program in their old WebDev section to scramble javascript. The javascript can write the webpage.
  Or, you can disable right-mouse-button click. I think you can even do that in Dreamweaver.
  Or, you can keep it all on the server side, but you’re asking Dreamweaver, which is client-side.

  then go talk to an attorney and have it copyrighted. not like you wave a magic wand or click a link to get copyrighted.

  As soon as you write an article or a piece of new code, it’s copywrited. You own it because you invented it. To copywrite something you don’t need to go through any legal process or pay out loads of cash.
  However, the problem comes when someone contests your copywrite. You have to be able to prove that you wrote or invented whatever it is prior to the person claiming that they did it first.
  There are a number of ways to do this that don’t cost a fortune. In the past, and you can still do this, you used to put the copywrited material in an envelope and post it to yourself with a description attached by registered post. Don’t open the envelope and keep it safe.
  However, these days, and if high money is involved it can be best to seek legal advice or get the copywrited material held safe for you with a bank. An accurate description locked away in a bank or Solicitors with a copy of the material, signed in by a Bank Manager, etc, and held by them is sufficient to hold up in court if required.
  It shouldn’t cost much either.
