It depends entirely on what the infringed person/organisation claims.
It is likely to be a fine for the offence and damages to the offended party.
The damages could be anything from a few quid to hundreds of thousands depending on what was infringed.

Depends on the nature and scale of the breach
Forfeiture of the offending items
Civil suit and fines
Prosecution and fine or imprisonment up to 10 years
Loss of any money or property you cannot identify as having obtained legally (lifestyle offence)
