4shared has some music on it, but I say Limewire is one of the worst places to get music from. It has so many viruses that could harm your computer.

Most of the songs don’t have copyright protection but they might carry a virus.

don’t use limewire
what ever you do, do not use it
install utorrent or something like it and download from torrent sites such as torrentspy or isohunt.

Try Amazon.
They don’t have a BIG selection but they have been adding to it. Once you download a song it doesn’t have any sort of protection or anything on it. It’s yours.

itunes has some drm free music
downloading copywritten material off limewire is ILLEGAL
