P.S. Patents are broken all the time, it’s the patent owner’s responsibility to take you to Court. Example: blackberry.

    If you think there is money to be made by marketing a copy of the tool, then find the patent holders. Most will offer a production license in exchange for a royalty payment.

    yes if somebody has a patent on it already.That is why if you plan on making lots of these tools you need to do a patent search to see if anybody has a patent on it already.You can get free litature from the goverment on how to do a patent search,look in phone book or web for govt. numbers under patent searches.It cost about 1,200 dollars to do one ,but don’t quote me on that.There are companys out there that will do one for you for a charge.
